Exercise

Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, that can help a person to feel more peaceful and happy. Exercise can help some people sleep better. It can also help some people who have depression and low self-esteem. Exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal.

People who exercise burn more calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight.

Plus doing exercise is so funny there are some sports you can practise: Football, skateboarding, basketball, handball, lacross, karate, boxing ... There are a lot of exercises you only have to find the special one. Actually I practice kick boxing and definitely it allows you to get relaxed and spare your time in a good way.

       

Hobbies

A hobby is something that you enjoy doing and do during your spare time such as sports, arts and crafts, a job maybe, gardening, teaching, building, etc. Hobbies can include collecting themed items and objects.

A hobby is an activity that is done for pleasure without looking for a profit, my hobbies are reading, watch tv series and practise martial arts.

How to find a hobby?

Everyone has some free time, every person has already one o two hobbies whether they know it or not, nut exploring new ones can give us a fun new experience, we only have to remember to just focus on being happy.

Nowadays I'm very focused on reading wuxia and xanxia, adventure light novels based on typical chinese mythology. My favourite light novel is Martial God Asura, It tells us Chu Feng (the mc) path on becoming the best expert in his martial world.

My favorite subject

History is my favorite subject, I think is so interesting, if you know history you have a better understanding of the world. My favorite period of history is Italian Renaissance. I this period the whole world changed thanks to the geniusses who lived in Italy, they brings us new ways of life, art, architecture and more. Da Vinci was the face of the Renaissance he is an ispiration for a lot of people in the world.

mobile phones

Lately the obsession for the mobiles phones has increassed a lot. We have them on all time, with the arrival of internet on phones came the massive use of app's that now can do almost everything and whether, besides that  we jointed with teenagers that became a jungle. So there is an advice, turn off your phone and see the life you're living. I have noticed myself the disavantages that my Iphone brought to me, it make me being clueless, inattentive in class and home so it reduces my performance being harmful to me.

One Piece

One Piece is a manga of Eiichiro Oda a Japanese mangaka that tells the history of Luffy D Monkey a pirate that dreams with make a band and find the One Piece the treasor of Gold D Roger the legendaire pirate. The manga has already more than 700 chapters and is one of the most populars and reated mangas around the world. My favourite character is Zoro, a swordsman with superhuman strength, he is the first person to join Luffy to the band and his best friend, I love this manga because it teach us the worth of courage, friendship and loyalty, I've been reading this manga since I was eight so it is barely a part of my life now.

the witcher 3

The witcher 3 is a video game that tells the history of Gerald of Rivia who is a witcher that lives some fantastic adventures with dwarfs, humans, kings, witches, and a lot of different monsters.
The videogame is based in the books of Andrei Sapowski and after the launch of the game both became more and more popular, I recommend this videogames for RPG players because is simply a masterpiece. When I played the games it encourage me to read the books so it was doubly amusing to learn about Gerald because it was like bring to life the books, I think that the fact to can do this is simply amazing.

Review: About Time

About time is a comedy-dramatic film directed by Richard Curtis released in the United Kingdom and EE.UU, the main characters are Tim Lake (Domnhall Gleeson) and Mary (Rachel Mc Addams).

Synopsis:

In Cornwall, Tim Lake lives a pleasant life with his family, but he is so shy with girls and unlucky in love. At the age of twenty one, his father reveals him the family secret, telling that men in his family have the gift to travel in time and do the things better again and again. Tim discovers that his father is telling the truth and when he moves to London to work as a lawyer, he falls in love with Mary and seduces her fixing his mistakes in the relationship. During his life, Tim uses his knack to fix not only his errors, but also in the lives of his relatives and friends.

Personal opinion:

I saw that film two months ago, I really liked althought drama, and love are not my favorite themes in life. I think that the power that Tim family has is so interesting and fantastical, I would take that knack for me pleased.

Inception review

Dom Cobb doesn't steal things, he steals ideas. By projecting himself into the subconscious of his targets, he can still information that even the best computer hackers can't get. But even Cobb have his weakness, and when Cobb loses everything, he's forced to embark on one final mission. This time, Dom won't be harvesting an idea, but sowing one. Should he and his team of specialists succeed, they will have discovered a new frontier in the psychic espionage. They've planned everything, and they have all the tools to get the job done. Their mission is complicated, by the sudden appearance of a bad dude that seems to know exactly what they're up to, and how to stop them.

This is the best film I've ever seen. Nolan doesn't fails and reveals us a new world that surpasses expectations.

FC Barcelona

Last year FC Barcelona won two of the three major trophies of the season achieving the doblet, which are
Spanish league and La Copa del Rey. This makes FCB the first team to complete the doblet seven times in history. That confirms that Barcelona had dominated the world of football the last decade, as always liderated by Lionel Messi the world class player who makes magic on the field. These are good times for culés and for me because this year FCB are aproaching to the third triplet, the second consecutive, this year the team works like a clockwork with the beasts players forward (Neymar, Suarez, Messi) and amazing players either in the midfield and in the defense.  This year 3 different players had come form another clubs as a new signins for the club. They are Digne, Paco Álcacer and André Gomes. Gomes is the most promising player of the three he's quality and good ball technique can make fans dream with a new portuguese Xavi Hernandez. Gomes came from Valencia FC where make a fantastic season.
