Review: About Time

About time is a comedy-dramatic film directed by Richard Curtis released in the United Kingdom and EE.UU, the main characters are Tim Lake (Domnhall Gleeson) and Mary (Rachel Mc Addams).

Synopsis:

In Cornwall, Tim Lake lives a pleasant life with his family, but he is so shy with girls and unlucky in love. At the age of twenty one, his father reveals him the family secret, telling that men in his family have the gift to travel in time and do the things better again and again. Tim discovers that his father is telling the truth and when he moves to London to work as a lawyer, he falls in love with Mary and seduces her fixing his mistakes in the relationship. During his life, Tim uses his knack to fix not only his errors, but also in the lives of his relatives and friends.

Personal opinion:

I saw that film two months ago, I really liked althought drama, and love are not my favorite themes in life. I think that the power that Tim family has is so interesting and fantastical, I would take that knack for me pleased.

Task: TDR self evaluation

In my presentation I begun introducing my research project to the other students and my teacher, afterthat I talked about my hypothesis and my objectives, later I explained the context of the research project that contained the theoretical part and the practica part. As always the rythm of my voice and my vocabulary where acceptable but the content of my presentation was somewhat lacking, so my presentation was barely good but could be better.

Inception review

Dom Cobb doesn't steal things, he steals ideas. By projecting himself into the subconscious of his targets, he can still information that even the best computer hackers can't get. But even Cobb have his weakness, and when Cobb loses everything, he's forced to embark on one final mission. This time, Dom won't be harvesting an idea, but sowing one. Should he and his team of specialists succeed, they will have discovered a new frontier in the psychic espionage. They've planned everything, and they have all the tools to get the job done. Their mission is complicated, by the sudden appearance of a bad dude that seems to know exactly what they're up to, and how to stop them.

This is the best film I've ever seen. Nolan doesn't fails and reveals us a new world that surpasses expectations.

Dialogue

Characters: Mr. Cifuentes, Dr. Norden, Secretary Scenario: Aesthetical Center
"Hall"
Narrator: Mr. Cifuentes is a teenager ready to flirt girls during summer. He has spent the last six months in the gym working out and dieting, now that he has a nearly perfect body, he only needs one thing to be a bachelor: wax on his whole body.
- Secretary: Hello sir, how can I help you?
- Mr. Cifuentes: I have an appointment with Dr. Norden "the surgeon that has his office close to the staircase".
- Secretary: He will be here in a few minute, he is a really good doctor as you may know.
- Mr. Cifuentes: I know, he is a friend of mine.
- Dr Norden: What’s up bro? It’s been a while since I don’t see you! Let’s go into my office.
- Mr. Cifuentes: Yeah! I know! We should see each other more often (while walking in the office)
"Office"
-Dr.Norden: What do you need this time? (laughing)
-Mr. Cifuentes: It may sound stupid, but now that I have a perfect body I want to wax it. Every single part of it.
-Dr.Norden: Awesome! Yes, it did sound stupid, but I’ll make your body look even better, let’s meet next Friday, at the same time as today. Is it okay?
-Mr. Cifuentes: Yes, It's okay. But I am a bit scared, will it hurt?
-Dr.Norden: No! Don’t be a pussy! It’s not a lung operation or a brain surgery.
-Mr. Cifuentes: Perfect then, now I am looking forward (laughing)
-Dr.Norden: Well, maybe it hurts a bit in some parts of your body, but nothing to worry about. Seriously.

-Dr.Norden: Are you ready? I'll begin.
-Mr. Cifuentes: Hmm... I've changed my mind... No, no, no!... Mr. Cifuentes suffer a lot, after that he will never be the same... 

FC Barcelona

Last year FC Barcelona won two of the three major trophies of the season achieving the doblet, which are
Spanish league and La Copa del Rey. This makes FCB the first team to complete the doblet seven times in history. That confirms that Barcelona had dominated the world of football the last decade, as always liderated by Lionel Messi the world class player who makes magic on the field. These are good times for culés and for me because this year FCB are aproaching to the third triplet, the second consecutive, this year the team works like a clockwork with the beasts players forward (Neymar, Suarez, Messi) and amazing players either in the midfield and in the defense.  This year 3 different players had come form another clubs as a new signins for the club. They are Digne, Paco Álcacer and André Gomes. Gomes is the most promising player of the three he's quality and good ball technique can make fans dream with a new portuguese Xavi Hernandez. Gomes came from Valencia FC where make a fantastic season.

Mexico's drugs war

Since 2007, Mexican gangs killed more than a hundred thousand people. The Mexican president pledged to put an end to this.
Last Friday, Mexican security forces killed forty-two drug cartel henchmen. It was one of the bloodiest shoot-outs in a decade of gang violence. One policeman also lost his life in the three-hour gunfight.
The killed were members of Jalisco New Generation which is a powerful drug cartel in the area. This cartel killed more than two dozen police officers since March.
